Plan, search and book

You can book your activity online and receive your booking confirmation by email.

  • Find a tour, select the number and type of participants, a date, and a language. (if applicable)
  • Enter your details, choose an option and starting time. (if applicable)
  • Select a payment method and proceed with the booking.

Our website shows the current availability for all our tours & activities. On the website, simply select the number of participants and date, then click “Booking Now”. All dates marked white are available, so you can book the activity for any of these dates. If a date is marked brownly, this means that the tour is fully booked.

Please note that to receive accurate availability information, it is important to enter the exact number of people you wish to book for. Availability may change depending on the number of participants you select.

Depending on the tour, we offer different prices based on age, dates, groups or private option. You can see the available pricing options when selecting the number of participants and dates on a tour details page.

To see what’s included in a tour, go to the “Includes” section on the tour details page. Inclusions are preceded by a checkmark, exclusions (what is not included) by a cross. Common inclusions/exclusions are: food and drinks, entry tickets, guides, transportation, etc. Please note that some inclusions might depend on the option booked.

You can see a tour’s duration in the “Duration” section on the tour details page. It indicates how long an activity lasts (including travel time).

The duration is given for tours that have fixed starting and end times, to see the starting time(s) or opening/operating hours, check the tour details page or the booking form then choose a starting time, if you have already booked your tour, you can find this information on your voucher also.

You can find the description of the itinerary and the stops along the route in the “Itinerary description” section on the tour page. Also, the tour map on the tour details page shows detailed itinerary.

Please note that it possible to customize an itinerary for the private tours option.

To know whether there’ll be other travelers in your tour, check if it is private or group option.

After entering your details in the search bar, you’ll see a list of tours. If a tour is tagged as “Private option”, no other people will join. If is tagged as “Group option” the tour will be shared with other travelers.

You’ll receive a SAHARAS branded email voucher once your booking has been confirmed. The voucher includes your booking details, the lead traveler’s name and other important information. Printed and mobile vouchers accepted.

To see a tour pickup information before booking, go to the “About this activity” section on the activity page, and you’ll see a “Pickup” icon and the pickup meeting place. If you’ve already booked the activity, you can find your pickup information on your voucher.

Managing your bookings and rescheduling or changing participants for a tour with SAHARAS website. Simply access your session on the dashboard, select the booking you wish to update, and proceed with the desired changes. Alternatively, you can reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll handle all your requests promptly and efficiently.

Please keep in mind your tour cancellation policy. Some bookings also require a minimum number of participants.

To cancel your booking within the cancellation policy, please access your session on the dashboard, select the booking you wish to update, and proceed with cancellation. Alternatively, you can reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll handle all your requests promptly and efficiently.

Most of our activities come with a free cancellation policy, meaning you can cancel your booking up until 24 hours before the activity starts

As we are an online booking platform, the entire booking process must be completed on our website. Please note that you can see all the payment methods at your disposal during the booking process.

Most of our listed tours enable you to book now and pay later (no credit card needed, with the flexibility of paying at the spot on the tours departure day.
